About Meador Brothers
Founded in 1977, CMC provided quality residential lighting products along with excellent service. After more than thirty years later, the company founder decided to retire, and now the business continues to thrive under the new ownership of myself and my brother, Mark. Effective immediately, our new company name is Meador Brother’s LLC Company.
I serve as the Meador Brother’s CEO and I am responsible for all outside sales. I bring to the company over 25 years in sales experience and have owned my own sales company for the last five years. I worked for CMC overseeing the warehouse and day-to-day operations from 1980 to 1992. I have been married to Nancy for over 16 years and have one son, Bailey who is 12-years-old. When not working, I enjoy golfing, hunting and fishing.
My brother, Mark, serves as Meador Brother’s CFO and is responsible for the company’s finances and inventory. He has a B.S. in chemical engineering, an MBA and works for a semiconductor equipment company in California. Mark also worked for CMC during his college years. Mark has been married to Isabel for 20 years and has two daughters – Sara, aged 14 and Monica, aged 12. He enjoys reading, golfing and traveling. Mark and his family live in Pleasanton, CA.
Alan Petlak has worked for CMC since 1980. He is the operations manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Alan has one daughter, Carleigh aged 4. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his daughter.
